Parker was born and raised in Alabama in a Christian home. He gave his life to Jesus as a child and surrendered to a call to vocational ministry in high school. He graduated from the University of Mobile with a degree in Religion. He then obtained Masters of Divinity degree from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University, and will soon complete a Master de Recherche from the Faculté Libre de Théologie Évangelique in Vaux-sur-Seine focused on Historical Theology.
Parker is currently serving as senior pastor at International Baptist Church of Manila. He is married to Kyrah and father to Lily.
