Franco Ferrer serves as resident pastor of Calulut Baptist Church in San Fernando, Pampanga. Since June 2025, he has been equipping the saints to build a healthy local church that reflects and displays the glory of God. He previously served as pastor of discipleship and body life at International Baptist Church of Manila for ten years. Before entering full-time pastoral ministry, he worked as Training Coordinator for both True Love Waits Philippines and Tulay Sa Pag-unlad, Inc.
Franco is also the founder and director of iDISCIPLE Philippines, committed to walking alongside pastors and church leaders in building healthy churches. He completed a bachelor degree in theology at Southern Baptist School of Theology & a diploma on Expository Preaching & Pastoral Ministry at The Expositor’s Academy of the Master’s Academy International (TMAI). He now travels as an instructor for The Charles Simeon Trust, equipping pastors to rightly handle God’s Word.
Together with his wife Pauline and son Calvin John, they are committed to making others glad in God by making gospel-centered disciples of all nations.
