Oscar is husband to Joanne, and father to Ezra Paul (21) and Priscilla Chesed (17). He has been serving as an associate pastor at Higher Rock Christian Church for 16 years. He disciples a cell group of men called Sharper Iron. He is privileged to oversee the church’s children’s Sunday School, and LifeSigns, the church’s ministry to the Deaf. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from the International School of Theology – Asia (now the International Graduate School of Leadership).
